These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shoptwistedcherry.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from Twisted Cherry ("Twisted Cherry," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
This Site sells lingerie, adult novelty items, and sexual wellness products. You must be at least 18 years old to enter the Site or place an order. By confirming the age gate and placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement and that doing so is lawful where you live.
Twisted Cherry sells lingerie and corsetry, bondage and fetish gear, adult toys and vibrators, novelty adult candy, men's items, pasties, massage oils, and related games and gifts. Product photos and descriptions are provided by us or our suppliers in good faith; actual color, packaging, or minor details may vary. Items are sold as personal-care and novelty products, not as medical devices, and are not evaluated by the FDA. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions and material/care information included with your item, and discontinue use and consult a doctor if you experience irritation or discomfort.
Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept that offer when your payment is successfully processed. We try to keep pricing and stock accurate, but mistakes happen — if an item is mispriced, out of stock, or unavailable after you order, we'll contact you using the email or details you provided, and you'll have the choice of a substitution, a wait, or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order at our discretion (for example, suspected fraud or resale).
You don't need an account to order — checkout works as a guest. Account features (order history, saved details) are in development. Any items you "save" with the heart icon are stored locally in your own browser, not on our servers, and won't follow you to a different device or browser.
Payments are processed securely by Square. We never see or store your full card number — Square handles that directly. Your statement will show a discreet billing description that does not reference Twisted Cherry by name or describe the products purchased.
We currently ship within the United States only. Shipping times, current delays (for example, while we're traveling to a show), and any active shipping promotions are posted on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these Terms. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos or product names visible on the outside.
Our full return and refund policy is on the Shipping & Returns page. In short: for hygiene reasons, opened intimate items can't be returned; unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery; and we replace damaged or incorrect orders at no cost if you reach out within 7 days of delivery.
We package and bill discreetly by default. We collect the name, shipping address, and contact details needed to fulfill your order and never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we collect and how it's used.
This Site and its contents are for your own personal, lawful use. You agree not to: resell products purchased here without our written permission; provide products to anyone under the legal age requirement in their jurisdiction; use the Site to do anything fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful; or attempt to interfere with the Site's security or normal operation (for example, scraping the catalog, attacking checkout, or probing our systems).
The Twisted Cherry name, logo, photography, and original written content on this Site belong to Twisted Cherry and may not be copied, reused, or redistributed without our written permission. Product photos supplied by manufacturers/distributors remain their respective owners' property.
Links to Instagram, Facebook, or other outside sites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or policies.
The Site and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Twisted Cherry isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including from misuse of a product or failure to follow included instructions. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.
We're a small, traveling business — occasionally shipping or order processing may be delayed by events outside our control (for example, severe weather, carrier delays, or being on the road for a show). We'll do our best to communicate any delays clearly on the Site.
We may update these Terms as the business grows; the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent change. Continuing to use the Site after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute not resolved informally will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in California.

Two California-specific things worth a quick professional check before launch, beyond a general legal review: (1) Prop 65 — if any toys/novelty items contain materials that require a chemical-exposure warning label, California requires that warning to be disclosed; worth confirming with your suppliers which SKUs need it. (2) CCPA/CPRA — California's privacy law gives shoppers specific rights over their personal data; our Privacy Policy should reflect that once finalized. Neither of these is handled by this page alone.
