This Privacy Policy explains what information Twisted Cherry ("we," "us," or "our") collects through shoptwistedcherry.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the rights you have over it — including specific rights for California residents.
When you place an order, we collect your name, shipping address, email address, and order details (items, quantities, prices) needed to fulfill it. We do not collect or store your full card number — that's entered directly with Square, our payment processor, and never passes through our own systems.
If you contact us directly (email, Instagram, Facebook), we'll have whatever information you choose to share in that message.
We don't run advertising or analytics trackers (no Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or similar) on this Site today. Your cart and any items you save with the heart icon are stored only in your own browser's local storage — never sent to us — so they won't follow you to a different device or browser, and we have no visibility into them unless you complete checkout.
The Site uses your browser's local storage (not third-party cookies) for three things: remembering your cart, remembering items you've saved, and remembering that you confirmed you're 18+ so you don't see the age gate on every visit. None of this is used for advertising or shared with anyone else.
Solely to process and ship your order, handle returns or replacements, respond to questions, and meet legal/tax obligations (like recordkeeping for sales). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
We share order information only with the service providers needed to run the Site and fulfill orders: Square (payment processing) and Cloudflare (hosting/security). We don't sell or rent your information to anyone, and we don't share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Billing on your statement is discreet and doesn't reference Twisted Cherry by name or describe what you bought. Internally, we don't display or share order contents in a way that identifies what you purchased beyond what's needed to pack and ship it.
We keep order records as long as needed for customer service, returns, and legal/tax requirements, then delete or anonymize them. The Site is served over HTTPS, and card data is handled entirely by Square's PCI-compliant systems — we never see or store it.
